Daniela Schlick Unternehmensberatung e.U. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the applicable Austrian digital accessibility requirements (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG, implementing EU Directive 2019/882 “European Accessibility Act”) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA.
Conformance status
This website was designed to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2. The website is largely conformant with these requirements; any exceptions are listed below.
Measures implemented
Perceivable: All text meets the required contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI controls); this was verified and corrected using automated testing tools (incl. axe). Text over images is protected by darkening overlays. Content images have alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
Operable: The entire site is keyboard-operable. A “skip to content” link appears on the first Tab press. The visible focus indicator is clearly perceivable on both light and dark surfaces. The mobile menu provides full focus management (close with Esc, focus return).
Moving content: Auto-running elements such as the testimonial carousel can be paused via a visible control. The system setting “reduce motion” (prefers-reduced-motion) is respected — animations and transitions are then disabled.
Understandable: The language of each page is set programmatically. Form fields have visible, programmatically associated labels; required fields and error messages are announced to screen readers.
Robust & structured: Pages use a meaningful heading hierarchy and semantic landmarks (header, main, footer, navigation). Content remains usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
Known non-accessible content
As of today, no systemic barriers are known. Files uploaded by users (e.g. PDF application documents) are outside our control and may not be fully accessible. If you notice any barriers, we will remediate them promptly.
